π Appetizer: Cranberry Cream Cheese Dip
1 block cream cheese
1 cup whole cranberry sauce
ΒΌ cup chopped green onions
Spread cream cheese on a plate, top with cranberry sauce and green onions. Serve with crackers.
π½ Side Dish: Brown Butter Garlic Green Beans
1 lb fresh green beans
3 tbsp butter (browned)
2 cloves garlic, minced
SautΓ© green beans in brown butter and garlic until tender. Sprinkle with salt and a dash of lemon juice.
π₯§ Dessert: Mini Pumpkin Cheesecake Cups
Graham cracker crumbs, pumpkin puree, cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and pumpkin spice.
Layer crumbs and filling in cupcake liners, bake until set, and top with whipped cream!
